Where we ship

We ship within the USA only. International shipping is not available. If your address is accepted at checkout, we can deliver to you.

How we ship

Your order is delivered by trusted carriers — USPS, UPS, DHL, Asendia, and FedEx. To ensure smooth delivery, we may select the carrier based on your destination, delivery speed, and reliability.

Delivery timing

Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days. Some products may take up to 25 business days. You’ll see a delivery estimate on the product page and again at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders over $60. Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

All subscription products include free shipping on every delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Changes and cancellations

We prioritize fast fulfillment, which means changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is processed. If you need help, contact shop.support@asknebula.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Payment

How you can pay

You can pay using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Elo, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Fees and taxes

Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. 

When payment is confirmed

Your card is authorized at checkout and charged just before your order ships. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when your package is on its way. 

Subscription orders

If you are subscribed to a recurring product, your subscription order will be processed and shipped automatically each month based on your billing date. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Subscription billing

For subscription products, your selected payment method will be charged automatically each month on your recurring billing date. You will receive email confirmation once the payment is processed.

Subscription changes and cancellations

Subscription changes (such as skipping, pausing, updating address or payment details) must be made before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, changes or cancellations for that shipment are not guaranteed.

You can manage your subscription directly from your account.

Failed subscription payments

If your subscription payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge.
If the issue continues, please update your payment method in your account or contact support.
